Online Bookings

• Price is €20 per person for 1 hour and you have time to change before and after your sauna.

• Bookings will close for that day at 9am that morning. If there are available times during that day , they can be filled by walk-ins and can be paid for with cash only.
• It's possible to cancel or transfer your booking up to 24 hours beforehand.
• Online bookings will open a week or two in advance.

Information for the Glenmalure Location

Please park at the Glenmalure Lodge carpark and enter the field by the gate on the roadside which is halfway down the field. There is no access to the field from the carpark. Do not climb the gate. The field can be wet sometimes depending on weather, please wear suitable shoes.

• If your booking  is after dark please bring a torch to use to get to the sauna by the road and field.
• There is drinking water provided so please bring bottle or cup to refill.
• There is a dressing room where you can hang your clothes while taking a sauna. We advise you to bring minimal personal belongings as the changing area is small and not private. ​
• Swimwear

• Towel to sit on in the sauna if you wish ,also you can bring an additional towel to dry up after dips in between sauna sessions.
• Changing robe and water shoes (optional)

• We also advise to bring warm clothes for changing into after the sauna session, especially when you visit us during autumn and winter.​

• We recommend having a light snack before the sauna session. Using the sauna on a completely empty or full stomach is generally not recommended. The most important thing is to stay hydrated .
• Make sure to arrive on time to your session and to check the directions beforehand.
